Well, the boss is on my ass to write a bio, and the bars ain’t open yet, so this seems like as good a time as any. I’m just another damn carpetbaggin’ Connecticut Yankee who’s come to roost in Richmond. I’ve been here since 1989, and now consider myself a true southerner. The only two ways to get me back up north is at Christmas or at gunpoint. My momma, who’s from Brooklyn, thinks I’m the one with the funny accent (Go figure). I’ve been in radio almost the entire time I’ve been here, save for a couple of ill-advised years in a real job. I came to my senses and went back to radio, and now I get paid to just play records and be a wise-ass for 5 hours a day. Needless to say it’s a perfect fit. I’ve got a wife and dog who love me and two cats who could give a crap if I live or die…Unless they’re hungry. I live for the 3 R’s – racin’, rasslin’ and ribs. I’ve been known to play a round of golf every now and then, and relax with a martini (or 3). I love sports, and am also the public address announcer for the Richmond Renegades and the University of Richmond Spiders football and basketball teams, along with doing some free lance voice over work. K2-Afternoons from 3pm-7pm
UPDATE....K2 is still too lazy to write his own bio. But he did tell me that if I did not change it that I would lose a finger....and yes....it's my favorite finger. So....let's see.....K2 is the PD for the station now, which means he still comes in late, leaves early and demands the weekends, holidays and any day beginning with the letters M, T and W off.
